1 chicken (5-6 lbs)
onion
celery
1 c rice
1 1/4 c water
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1 c milk
1 can canned milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 can pimentos- small
1 c blanched sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with onion and celery. Cool in broth. Debone.
Cook rice in water for 10 minutes.
Make white sauce out of the rest of the ingredients.
Mix- add broth as needed.
Put in casserole. Cover with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 375 º
45-60 minutes.
