8 Cups Corn
2 T Sugar
1/3 stick Margarine
1 t salt
1 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice corn off the cob. Bring the water to a boil and add sugar, salt and margarine. When melted, add 8 cups corn and cook on medium for 8 minutes. Then cool corn by filling sink with ice water and putting the corn in a metal pan in the water. Can also use a fan. When cool put the corn in freezer bags and place in freezer.
