1/2 c 125 mL Beef Soup Base
1 c 250 mL Paprika
3/4 c 180 mL Garlic Powder
1.5 c 375 c ground Cumin
2 T 30 mL Chili Powder
1/2 tsp 2.5 mL Ground black pepper
2 T 30 mL Crushed Dried Chilies

Directions:

Combine ingredients and store in a cool dark place.

To make tacos, Brown 1 lb 500 g ground Beef
Add 1/2 cup 125 mL diced onion and cook until clear
Reduce heat
Season with 2 T - 8 T 30 - 120 mL Spice mix
Add 1 T 15 mL Worcestershire sauce
Add 1/2 cup water, and simmer until water is evaporated, stirring often.
Taste and add more spice if desired.
