Ingredients:  
6 large celery stalks
1 medium onion
3 T butter
3 cups chicken stock
1 cup half-and-half cream
1 cup packed sorrel leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop celery and onions. Saute in melted butter on medium heat till tender. Add chicken stock and simmer for a few minutes. Strain out the vegetables and puree in large blender with the fresh sorrel leaves. Add puree back to remaining stock and add the cream. Serve immediately.
