1 Bag Tortilla Chips
3/4 lb. Chorizo Sausage
1 1/2 cans black or pinto beans
1 1/2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3/4 C. chopped onion
2 T. Taco sauce
1 C. shredded cheese (jack, cheddar, pepper jack, etc)
1 1/2 cans black olives, sliced
1/2 C. chopped green olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown Sausage, chop up as you're cooking; Drain.
2. Cook beans and onions, covered over medium heat approx. 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to separate and mash slightly. Combine with sausage, tomato sauce, and taco sauce.
3. In separate bowl, combine cheese, olives and green onions. Stir in 1/2 of cheese mixture into bean mixture. Bake in 1 QT.. baking dish in 350º oven for 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
