2 chickens
1 dozen eggs, boiled

Relleno:
2 lb. ground meat
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. pepper
3 or 4 cloves of garlic
2 packets consome de pollo
black recado
1/2 onion
2 tomatoes
sweet pepper
cilantro

Caldo:
Water with 6 balls of black recado
1 sweet pepper
2 tomatoes
2 packets consome de pollo
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken with lime juice. Sew cuts. Fill with relleno and sew shut. For relleno: Boil eggs and separate the yolks from whites. When the meat begins to fry, add 1/2 onion. Chop egg whites very fine and add to meat. Add 3 balls of black recado, 2 tomatoes, and 1 sweet pepper, chopped fine, and cilantro. Mix six raw eggs with this mixture and fry all together until it is sticking together. Mix ingredients of caldo. Place chickens in caldo and cook until tender.
