1 fat chicken
2 cups cooked rice
2 cans mushroom soup
1 T. onion, minced
1/2 cup fat from chicken
salt & pepper
2 cups bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in water. When cool, pick off bones. Use broth to cook rice. Combine chicken, rice, soup, onion, fat, and salt & pepper to taste. Toast bread crumbs in butter in skillet. Put on top and Bake at 350º until hot.
