8-10 slices bacon (or 1/2 lb. of sausage), fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cup milk
1 cup biscuit mix
4 eggs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter 10" pie pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion onto pan. Beat biscuit mix, eggs, salt, and pepper together until smooth. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 400º about 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
