Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 quarts milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup yogurt for culture

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer two quarts of milk to 180º and then cool to 110º or less. Add sweetened condensed milk and approximately 1/2 cup yogurt. Mix well. Pour into pint jars and set jars in kettle of warm water. Place kettle on stop of stove over pilot if you have one (or while baking or cooking) to keep temperature around 90 - 105º. Do not let the temperature go above that, or you will kill the bacteria in the yogurt. If that happens, add 1 tsp. more yogurt culture to each pint jar and incubate again. When yogurt thickens, cool immediately. (2-4 hours) Keep candy thermometer in yogurt to test the temperature.
