10 to 12 Jalapeños
8 oz cream cheese
1 C Cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t chipotle powder
1 to 2 lbs bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Using gloves, slice jalapeños lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Preheat oven to 375º.
In bowl, add cream cheese, shredded cheese, Worcestershire sauce, chipotle powder and mix well.

Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mix and wrap pepper with bacon. Place poppers on broiling pan. Bake poppers approximately 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
