2 Quarts vegetable oil
1 16 oz jar hamburger dill pickle chips
2 C buttermilk
2 C whole-wheat flour
1 C white flour
2 t salt
1 t paprika
1/4 t cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil to 350º
Drain pickles in colander. Place pickles in medium bowl and cover with the buttermilk. Stir the flours, salt, paprika and cayenne together. Take a handful of pickles out of buttermilk and dredge in the seasoned flour. Shake off excess and place pickles in hot oil. Fry pickles till golden brown. Put on paper towel to drain.
