2 - 3 lb Pork Roast
Cajun Seasoning
1 T Butter
1 Med Onion, diced
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 C Beef Broth
1 T Liquid Smoke
BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork into chunks. Rub with Cajun seasoning. Place - small amount of butter in skillet and brown pork on all sides. Put meat in slow cooker. Slice one medium onion and add garlic to skillet and sauté. Add some broth to skillet and put onions and garlic in slow cooker. Add remaining 2 C broth and 1 T liquid smoke. Cook on low 6 hours. Remove pork from juices and pull apart with forks. Place back into juice if desired. Serve with favorite BBQ Sauce or eat alone.
