1 Pkg Active Dry yeast (could use rapid rise)
1/3 C sugar
1 1/2 C warm water
1/3 C sugar
1 1/2 t salt
1/3 C Crisco melted
1/3 C oil
2 eggs
1 C lukewarm mashed potatoes
7 to 7 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel two potatoes and boil till tender. Mash potatoes to get 1 cup.

Mix in warm water and sugar together. Sprinkle yeast on top of warm water. Let set 10 minutes, till bubbly.

Stir in sugar, salt, Crisco, oil, eggs, mashed potatoes and 3 Cups flour into yeast and water mixture. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add 2 Cups flour - mix and knead. Then add another cup till feels right, approx. 7 cups flour. Knead for 5 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl and kneed lightly to get grease on bottom and flip over and cover with towel and let rise until double. Roll out dough in a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Cover dough with milk. Sprinkle about 3/4 - 1 C sugar and cover solid with cinnamon, sprinkle with pecans and raisins. Roll dough up on the narrow side. Use a piece of thread to cut individual rolls. Place rolls in pans that are greased with Crisco and sprinkled with brown sugar, nuts and butter. Bake at 345º for 20 minutes.
