4 Potatoes (2 pounds)
2 tsp canola oil
1/4 to 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese
1/2 t Italian seasonings
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each potato lengthwise in half. Cut each half into three wedges. In a large bowl, sprinkle potatoes with oil; toss to coat. Combine the remaining ingredients except for cheese. Add to potatoes; toss to coat.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 3 - 5 minutes.
