6 to 8 thinly sliced top sirloin steaks
course salt
course pepper
fresh chopped parsley
fresh minced garlic
parmagiano cheese
romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
flatten out steaks....rub with all ingredients, and sprinkle parsley, garlic and cheeses generously. Roll meat and seal ends with toothpicks or kitchen twine. Saute in olive oil....place in tomato sauce (Pastene Kitchen Ready) and simmer for two hours to tenderize meat. Serve over pasta!
