Chicken and Noodle Soup Recipe

1 Whole cut up chicken
2 Cups Carrots, diced
1 cups Celery stalks, diced
1/2 Medium onion, diced
1/8 t pepper
1 t parsley flakes
1 - 2 cups no yoke egg noodles
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Cover chicken in 4 quarts water, add some parsley, celery and onion. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 45 min.
Remove chicken from pot. With two forks, remove as much meat from bones as you can Strain the broth and add back to pot and add the carrots, celery and onions and spices to broth. Can add 2 chicken bouillon cubes if desired. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Increase heat and add noodles and chicken. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Add salt to taste
