Crust:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup butter

Mix together:
2 cups pumpkin
1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger

Optional topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T. butter
1/2 - 1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust. Press in 9x13 pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Then mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar salt and spices. Pour onto baked crust. Mix topping and sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
