1 cup cidar vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp. mustard seed
Cabbage
Green pepper
Celery

Directions:
Directions:
Boil vinegar, sugar and water until sugar dissolves and add mustard seed.
Shred cabbage and place in glass. Salt and cover in ice cubes, then refrigerate at least half a day.
Uncover and drain off salty water.
Chop or dice green peppers and celery.
Add dressing and enjoy.
