1 cut up and skinned 2-3 lb. chicken
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 pkg. powdered onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces in 9x13 pan.
Mix rice, soup, and water together. Pour mixture over top of chicken, sprinkle with dry onion soup.
Bake at 350º covered with foil about one hour, uncover and continue to bake 15 minutes longer.
