6 T Maple Syrup
6 T Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 t salt
3/4 t Coarsely ground pepper
4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops
(1 1/2 in thick and 12 oz each)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk syrup, vinegar, salt & pepper until blended. Pour 1/2 C marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour. Reserve remaining marinade for basting.
Drain pork chops, discarding marinade in bag. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil ad rub on grill rack.
Grill pork chops, covered, over medium hear or broil 4 inches from heat 13 - 17 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145 degrees, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
