1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger*
2 cloves of garlic
1lb trimmed pork tenderloin


*If I don't have fresh ginger I substitute with 1tsp(ish) ground ginger.

Directions:
Combine ingredients and marinate in the fridge for 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade and place on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 8 minutes on first side, turn over, then continue grilling for another 7 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut crosswise to serve.
