4 c. shredded green cabbage
1/2 c. finely sliced purple onion
1/2 c. finely sliced carrot
juice of 1/2 lime
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 tsp. TOASTED sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
poppy seeds (optional)

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, carrot. In a small bowl whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper

When ready to serve pour dressing over vegetables and mix well

Serve with a sprinkle of poppy seeds optional

Madalyn and Scarlett LOVE this dish!!! You can also delete the onions and it is still good. I always triple this recipe so I can get a bite (laughing)
