1 can of French style green beans, drained
1 can of early green peas, drained
1 med. jar pimentos
4 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, sliced in rings
1 small purple onion, sliced into rings
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, vinegar and oil in pot. Heat until sugar dissolves- remove from heat.

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl, including mixture. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
