Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut into serving size pieces
(may use chicken breasts instead)
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
4 T. butter

Barbeque Sauce:
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 T. vinegar
1 T. sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Place butter in a 9x13 pan and place it in the oven to melt butter. Combine flour, salt, poultry seasoning, and paprika in a plastic bag. Shake to mix. Rinse chicken and shake to remove excess moisture. Place one or two pieces of chicken at a time in the bag of seasonings and shake to coat. Remove pan with butter from the oven and evenly distribute butter in pan. Place chicken pieces, skin side down, in pan. Bake for 30 minutes. While chicken bakes, make the barbeque sauce.
Sauce: Combine ingredients in saucepan. Simmer sauce 15 minutes. After chicken bakes 30 minutes, remove from oven. Turn pieces over and spoon barbeque sauce on each piece. Bake 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and baste with additional sauce. Bake 15 minutes more or until chicken is desired tenderness, and juices run clear.
