1 1/2-2 inch thick Round or Chuck steak
1/2 c flour
salt and pepper
oil
1 can tomatoes
1 onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup flour with salt and pepper (to taste). Pound into steak.
Brown steak in small amount of oil in an oven safe hot skillet (dutch oven works well) turning to brown on all sides.
Add tomatoes and onion. Cover. Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350º
