Ingredients:  
1 brick softened cream cheese cut into cubes
1 pound sausage
1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with mild Chilies
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage until crumbly and cooked through. Drain. Add cream cheese to sausage and stir until melted. Add tomatoes and stir. Heat through. Place in Crock Pot or any serving bowl. Serve with crackers, taco chips or pretzel chips. All are great.
