1 medium red cabbage
1 small apple
1 Tbsp butter
pepper
2 lbs Polish sausage
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 small onion
Wine or apple vinegar
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In deep skillet add cabbage, apple, lemon juice and water. bring to a boil
Simmer covered 15 minutes.
Saute onions, add to cabbage. Add pepper to taste, vinegar and sausage. Cook over medium het 20-30 minutes
