chicken, cut into pieces
recado
potatoes
carrots
onions
green peppers
seasoned salt
pepper
consome de pollo
garlic powder
cilantro
hot sauce
juice of a lime
Directions:
Directions:
Rub chicken pieces with recado. Cut up vegetables in chunks like you would for a roast and put in roaster with chicken. Season with seasoned salt, pepper, consome, and garlic. Add cilantro to taste. Squeeze lime juice over all. Bake. Take lid of at end to brown chicken a little. Spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with hot sauce, if desired.
