Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Two loaves of bread (break up into small pieces) leave out for awhile uncovered

1 stick of butter

1 tsp salt

1tsp pepper

1tsp poultry seasoning

1 large onion

1 stalk celery

Directions:
Directions:
Take the turkey gizzard, liver and neck, place in large pot with water and cook until tender..approx an hour or so..add celery cut into small pieces after the hour and cook until celery is soft.

Take meat off the neck. Add raw chopped onion ,seasonings, melted butter and meat to the bread. Add celery after straining from broth. I keep most of the broth and continue to add to bread until nice and moist. Save some broth for next day in case needed if stuffing seems dry. Cover and refrigerate until adding to turkey next day.

I also always double recipe and put what doesn't fit in the turkey into a casserole dish and bake 325 for about 30 to 45 minutes

*****Let neck cool before taking off meat
