2 chickens
2-3 balls recado mixed with enough vinegar to make a paste (2 T.)
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 T. pepper
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 T. consome de pollo
1/2 T. garlic powder
1 onion, cut up
1 pepper, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Rub chicken pieces with recado and place in baking dish. Slice up peppers and onions and lay on top. Add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Mix together lightly. Add about a cup of water. Bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hours.
