1 3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup mashed potatoes, optional
1/2 cup shortening
4 cups flour
1 T. yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup water and 1 tsp. sugar

Filling:
2 lb. hamburger, fried
2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup taco seasoning
3/4 lb. grated cheese
tomato juice to moisten
Directions:
Directions:
Let dough rise once and work out. Make small ball and press flat - not too thin. Place a ball of filling on dough. Bring up edges to center. Seal and flip over. Place on pan. Let rise and bake as rolls. These freeze well. Serve with ketchup and hot sauce.
