2 lbs. chicken (3 leg quarters)
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
1 10.5 oz can cream chicken soup
2 1/2 c. chicken broth (water from cooked chicken or can broth)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in pot, cover with water.
Cooked covered on medium heat for 1 hour.
Remove chicken, let cool.
Shred chicken, place in bottom of 11 x 7 baking dish.
Wisk together flour, milk, butter and pour over chicken.
Wisk together broth, soup, salt, pepper and pour over chicken. (Do NOT Stir)
Bake 350º for 45 to 50 minuets.
