For the Pizza:
1 - 16.5 oz. sugar cookie dough or mix
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
A variety of fresh fruit: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
For the Glaze:
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
3-4 T. cornstarch

For the Pizza:
Place sugar cookie dough in/on pan of choice and bake according to instructions (till golden brown, do not over bake) and allow to cool fully.
In the meantime, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the cooled crust and arrange the fruit (as desired) on top of the mixture.
For the Glaze:
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch in a sauce pan and heat on low/med flame until thickened, stirring frequently. Once sauce is thickened and has cooled completely, brush the glaze evenly over the pizza. Chill and serve. If using a 9x13 pan, you may need to double the glaze.
