1 qt. raspberries
1 1/3 cup sugar
4 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 - 2 T. butter

Crust:
4 cups flour
1 T. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cup Crisco
1 T. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup cold water.

Directions:
Directions:
For crust: Mix first three ingredients then cut in shortening. Mix last three ingredients. Beat together, then toss all ingredients lightly with fork. Mold in ball. Chill 15 minutes or overnight.
Roll out bottom crust. Fill with mixture of raspberries, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Dot butter on top. Add top crust. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes - 1 hour.
