4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
olive oil
garlic cloves
2-4 T. sofrito
1 packet Sazon (or more)
2 quart water
4-6 chicken bouillon cubes
1small can tomato sauce
10 green olives
2-3 T. juice from olives
2 -3 potatoes
2 carrots
1 onions
1 green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in oil and sprinkle well with Sazon. Remove chicken. In cooking pot fry sofrito in olive oil. Add water, bouillon, chicken, olives, and juice. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add tomato sauce and veggies. Cook until soft. Thicken a little with cornstarch.
