Ingredients:  
1 large can peaches (any fruit) with juice.
1/3 cup sugar
2 T. butter
Heat in pan until sugar melts. Cool.

Mix together:
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into greased baking dish. Pour fruit mixture on top. Do not stir.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
