Four large chickens
4 balls recado mixed with 1 cup water
1 cup Belizean vinegar
2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 T. garlic powder
2 T. seasoned salt
3 T. salt

Cut up chickens. Marinate 6-8 hours. BBQ over hot coals about 1 hour.
