1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
!/2 tsp. salt
about 1 cup sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the beaten egg, milk, & salt. Add enough sifted all purpose flour to make a stiff dough (about 1 cup). Roll very thin on a floured surface & let stand for 20 minutes. Cut the dough into 1/4 inch wide noodles. Spread the noodles out & let dry 2 hours or overnight. Drop noodles into boiling salted water, or broth. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes, or until done.
