3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Sift flour, sugar, & salt together. Add sour cream, whipping cream, & melted butter; stir well. Turn onto a lightly floured surface & knead dough 10-12 times. Roll out to 3/4 inch thick. Cut into biscuits, re-rolling one time, if needed. Place on parchment-lined baking pan & bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
