1/4 cup butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
8 oz. white chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. peppermint extract
6 cups Rice Krispies
16 oz. bag white chocolate chips, melted
16 oz. bag semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Line a 13"x9" pan with parchment paper, letting it extend over the sides of the pan. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter with marshmallows over medium heat, stirring continuously. Add 8 oz. white chocolate & extracts; stir until melted. Pour over Rice Krispies; stir to combine. Press into prepared pan & let set 2 hours or more. Lift parchment paper out of pan & place on cutting board. Cut into 2 halves.
Spread melted white chocolate on one half & melted semi sweet chocolate on the other half. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Let set about 10- 15 minutes until chocolate sets. Store in airtight container.
Note: You may make Rice Krispie bars from the recipe on the box of cereal & skip to the step where you coat the bars with chocolate & sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
