2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 (8 ounce) packages softened cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) envelope Ranch type salad dressing mix
1 medium sweet red onion, chopped (optional)
1 medium sweet green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup coarsely chopped broccoli flowerets
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mushrooms (optional)

Directions:

Unroll dough. Place in a lightly greased 15" x 10" cookie sheet, pressing edges and perforations together to line the bottom of the pan. Bake at 375º for 7 to 8 minutes or until browned. Cool.

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute or until smooth. Spread over crust. Combine rest of ingredients and sprinkle over cheese mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours. Cut into 1 and 1/2 inch squares, or any size you like.

This is a huge hit. I cut the veggies small so get a little of everything in each bite. I also leave off the mushrooms and add celery and carrots.
