Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Family Memories from John Vaught: The year was 1947. I was visiting with Uncle Ed and Aunt Lottie on their farm, one of several enjoyable visits. We were out gathering eggs and feeding the chickens, ducks, geese and guinea hens when a gaggle of geese directed their attention on me. Aunt Lottie positioned herself between me and the assaulting geese in a crouched position-grabbing each corner of her apron and waving it at the geese-all the while shouting "Run Johnnie run, run! Ed! Ed!"
