1/2 small head of cabbage - chopped bite size
1 medium onion - chopped bite size (optional)
1 can chicken soup
1 cup sharp cheese - shredded
2 eggs - beaten
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 stack Ritz crackers- crushed
2/3 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage and onions. Steam about 10 minutes. Put on bottom of casserole dish. Mix soup, eggs, butter (1 tablespoon) and cheese and layer on top of cabbage mixture. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter (2/3 cup) and spread on top. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
