3 pound rump or boneless chuck roast
1 package onion soup mix
1 14.5 oz. can of beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in foil lined pan (foil large enough to cover roast). Combine beef broth and onion soup mix together; pour over roast and wrap. Place in 250 degree pre-heated oven and bake for 7-8 hours. Pull roast apart with a fork. The juice will soak into the meat as you shred it. Serve on rolls or as a main entrée. It can be put into a crockpot to keep warm until serving time.

This recipe is great for parties.
