⅓ cup whole wheat flour
½ tsp. pepper
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cup sliced mushrooms
⅓ cup chopped onion
¼ tsp. garlic
1 cup red wine
5 tsp. corn starch
⅔ cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and pepper. Dip chops in flour mixture, coat both sides and shake of excess.

Heat oil in frying pan; add chops and cook 4-5 minutes/side; remove from pan.

In same pan add mushrooms and onion; cook until tender. Add garlic.

Add wine; increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring to loosen brown bits.

In a small bowl combine chicken broth and corn starch. Add to pan; bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with chops.
