1 pound breakfast sausage roll
1/2 cup flour
4 cups warm milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in frying pan, breaking it up into crumbles. Add flour and stir. Slowly add milk; constantly stirring so it doesn't burn or stick. Add salt and pepper. Gravy will thicken while heating. Serve over toast, biscuits, or home fries.

***Do not drain fat from sausage***
