3 eggs beaten, add sweet cream (light cream) to fill 1 Cup
3 cups sugar
1 cup butter
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 3 eggs in a 1 cup measuring cup; add sweet cream to fill measuring cup. Combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar in a small bowl. Cream butter and sugar in a medium sized bowl until smooth; add 1 cup of liquid mixture and stir. Add in dry ingredients and thoroughly mix together. Form into a ball and put into bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut dough ball into manageable pieces; kneed each piece until dough is soft. Roll out on a floured surface and use favorite cut outs to make cookies. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake. Bake time depends on how large the cut out is. Decorate if you want or leave plain.
