4 egg yolks well beaten (beat egg whites separately)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 quart milk
1/2 cup whiskey (or more according to taste)
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, beaten egg yolks, wiskey and nutmeg together. Add beaten egg whites last. Shake well before serving to get the nutmeg up from the bottom
