4 medium tomatoes, cored and quartered
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Toasted French bread rounds

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes on a baking sheet and toss with oil and salt and pepper. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes. Remove and cool slightly. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until chopped.
