2 c (10 oz) all purpose flour
1/2 c (1 1/2 oz) Dutch cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp instant coffee
10 Tbsp (1 1/2 c)unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 brown sugar
1/2 c (3 1/2oz) granulated sugar
16 oz semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
2 c (12 oz) semisweet choc chips

350º 10-12 minutes
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla, and instant coffee together until coffee is dissolved.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg mixture until well incorporated. beat in the melted, cooled chocolate.
Slowly add the flour mixture.
Sir in chocolate chips.
Cover, let stand at room temperature until the consistency is fudge-like.. AbouT 30 minutes.
Roll cookies (up to 3 Tbsp in size) into balls and lay them about 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
Bake until edges are set and beginning to gown but the centers are still soft and puffy. 10-12 minutes. Rotste sheets halfway through.
They will look raw and cracks will seem underdone.
Let the cookies cool on the sheets 10 minutes. transfer to wire rack to cool.
